Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent experience
European Passport or legal right to work in Greece
Previous fine dining, banquet, or high-volume service experience is an advantage
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Fluency in English
Food handling and sanitation certification is a plus

Job Responsibility

Describe and present food and beverage offerings to guests in an engaging and knowledgeable manner
Anticipate guest needs and coordinate with culinary and service teams for special requests
Ensure timely delivery of all orders and flawless service throughout events
Set up, break down, and maintain tables, buffet stations, and service areas
Collaborate closely with stewarding, culinary, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations
Operate tea/coffee equipment and maintain accurate guest and event records
Follow all safety, hygiene, and F&B procedures
Assist with service across other hotel outlets, in-room dining, and special events as required

Greek citizenship or legal right to work in Greece
Flexibility to work varied hours based on operational needs
Availability to be on-call and respond promptly when required
Previous banquet or hospitality experience is an advantage
Reliable transportation (access to a car is preferred)
Professional attitude, teamwork spirit, and strong organizational skills

Job Responsibility

Assist with event set-up, including table arrangements, buffet stations, and room layout preparation according to function sheets
Perform detailed room checks prior to event commencement to ensure readiness and compliance with standards
Provide attentive and professional service during events, responding promptly to guest and host requests
Liaise with event hosts to ensure their needs are met throughout the function
Manage post-event breakdown, including clean-up, linen removal, and proper storage of equipment
Report any incidents or operational issues to the Banquet Manager
Follow all safety, hygiene, and F&B operational procedures
