Job Responsibility:
Respond to and try to fulfil any special banquet event arrangements and resolve problems in a timely manner
Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling and motivating employees
Communicate any additional meal requirements or special requests to the kitchen
Ensure banquet staff is working together as a team, inspect staff’s grooming standards
Requirements:
Great conversational skills and teamwork spirit
Positive outlook and outgoing personality
Ability to coach and motivate
Service oriented demeanour
Previous banqueting experience and good understanding of events operations
