Job Responsibility

  • Respond to and try to fulfil any special banquet event arrangements and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling and motivating employees
  • Communicate any additional meal requirements or special requests to the kitchen
  • Ensure banquet staff is working together as a team, inspect staff’s grooming standards
