Banquet Supervisor

• Independently lead shifts in the banquet department and ensure smooth operations during events, meetings, and conferences
• Coordinate room setups, service procedures, and team assignments with the Banquet Manager & Assistant Banquet Manager
• Serve as a point of contact for international guests and provide professional, warm service including handling special requests or guest complaints
• Conduct briefings, support the team on the floor, and ensure efficient and structured workflows
• Monitor compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations as well as Marriott service and quality standards
• Closely collaborate with Event Sales, the kitchen, and other departments to ensure flawless event execution

• Completed vocational training in the hotel or restaurant industry
• Relevant experience in banqueting or event operations
• Initial leadership experience or readiness to take a supervisory role
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and handle guest recovery professionally
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable communicating in both German and English
• Enjoy working as part of a team, hands-on, and love motivating others
