Job Responsibility:

Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and supervise the preparation of event & meeting spaces, tending bar and serving platters of food
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
Supervise the execution of event arrangements to create a space for the guests to gather and belong, exceeding their expectations
Handle general enquiries, creating meaningful guest experiences that are tailored to the guest’s requirements
Lead the banquets team with support of the banquets manager in operational tasks
Be a confident and welcoming supervisor, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential
Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better

Requirements:

An up-to-date RSA
Passion for the industry
Relevant experience in a similar supervisorial role
Working rights in Australia
Enthusiastic to escalate your career
Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
