Job Responsibility

  • Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and supervise the preparation of event & meeting spaces, tending bar and serving platters of food
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
  • Supervise the execution of event arrangements to create a space for the guests to gather and belong, exceeding their expectations
  • Handle general enquiries, creating meaningful guest experiences that are tailored to the guest’s requirements
  • Lead the banquets team with support of the banquets manager in operational tasks
  • Be a confident and welcoming supervisor, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential
  • Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better
