Do you thrive in a team environment and enjoy being part of creating memorable events? We are currently hiring Banquet Set-Up Staff and Banquet Servers to join our hotel’s on-call and part-time team. Whether you're looking for a second job or a way to break into the hospitality industry, this is a great opportunity — no prior experience is necessary. We’ll provide all the training you need! What You’ll Do – Banquet Set-Up Staff Set up and break down event spaces according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) Ensure proper placement of furnishings, décor, equipment, and supplies Maintain cleanliness and organization in all public and event areas throughout the event Report maintenance or repair needs promptly and store items carefully when not in use Support event flow and guest needs as required What You’ll Do – Banquet Servers Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests during events Follow event-specific service guidelines and timing Maintain a polished, professional appearance and positive attitude Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event execution Job Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally (set-up staff) Must have full mobility and be able to stand or move for extended periods Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules Why Work With Us?
