Job Responsibility

Supervise banquet housepersons and oversee staffing levels to ensure timely and efficient event set-up and breakdown
Assign duties to team members, schedule shifts, and monitor performance to maintain service levels within labor models
Ensure proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms are available and in good condition for all associates
Assist in training, interviewing, and onboarding new associates while reinforcing a positive team culture
Oversee meeting room set-up, tear down, and refreshes according to banquet event orders (BEOs) and handle last-minute requests
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of banquet areas, storerooms, and equipment while following all health and safety standards
