Our Event Support Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services that allow our events to go off without a hitch. Whether setting up and breaking down materials, transporting supplies, stocking bars and action stations, or anything in between, the Event Support Expert plays a key role in making our events run flawlessly.

Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Less than 1 year related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 75 pounds with assistance

Transport heavy materials such as staging, tables, and chairs.
Assist in assembling temporary dance floors, podiums, and other structures.
Assist with audio-visual equipment (such as speakers and monitors) as needed.
Reset event spaces to original state after events have concluded.
Inventory and care for event supplies (such as linens, chairs, glassware, and flatware).
Provide exceptional guest service at all times.
Assist servers during events, as needed.
Assure all service areas are kept clean and safe at all times.
Maintain a professional and personable appearance.

Requirements

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and guide a team
Ability to perform all banquet set-up functions and operate industrial equipment such as vacuums and buffers
