Job Responsibility:
Set banquet tables to meet function specifications
Deliver and serve food and beverages including meals, condiments and accompaniments
Ensure menu knowledge to assist guests
Remove china, glassware, silverware from tables after meals and deliver to stewarding area
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Assist fellow team members and other departments to maintain positive working relationships
Assist with side work including cleaning, stocking and folding silverware
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to speak and understand English
Must have or be able to acquire an ABLE License
Ability to provide excellent guest service
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry trays or items as required
Must be dependable and punctual
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in hospitality or banquet serving is preferred
Ability to work well in a team
Demonstrated customer service excellence
Knowledge of banquet service etiquette and standards
