Job Description:

Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full Time, Summer Seasonal Banquet Server. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure guests' needs are fully attended to in a function setting
  • Gather and transport all supplies required for function setup
  • Set tables and back-of-house prep space according to service standards
  • Prepare mise-en-place for events
  • Serve food and beverage components as per Four Seasons' standards
  • Provide dependable, punctual, and enthusiastic service at all times
  • Comfortable lifting and carrying heavy trays and furniture based on the needs of the function

Requirements:

  • Previous experience serving is required
  • Previous experience in catering work or high-volume functions is preferred
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Comfortable lifting and carrying 20+ pounds
  • Excellent commitment to service
  • Must have Serving it Right Certificate
  • Ability to work in Canada
