Job Responsibility

Managing all event & meeting spaces, ensuring the team is providing service excellence to engage and inspire guests
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings
Manage the department’s banquet enquiries in an efficient and effective manner
