Collect all service ware and allocate in accordance with event order to supply function
Communicate with supervisor throughout shift to be aware of the work
Set up all meeting rooms to the specifications of the guest
Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and fresh water
Break down all meeting rooms where meetings have concluded and return to storage closet
Replenish beverages as necessary, and check with guests for overall satisfaction
Maintain established cleaning schedule of meeting rooms and ballrooms
Anticipate equipment needs from event orders and count same
Mandatory attendance for monthly departmental meetings
Practice Teamwork and Clean as you Go policies
Requirements:
At least 18 years of age
Accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written
Highly detailed orientated
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Thrives in working in a teamwork environment
Flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays
A problem solver
A passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests
Comfortable with being on their feet throughout the shift, with intermittent periods of walking and stair climbing
Comfortable with being able to frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs. at shoulder height and frequently lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
