The Banquet House Attendant is an essential member of the Food & Beverage Department. The Banquets team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our guests, staying involved from start to finish to ensure flawless execution—so events can take place again the next day, or even the next hour! This role is responsible for the physical setup, maintenance, and breakdown of banquet and event spaces. The team embodies all Four Seasons cultural values while maintaining established standards, with professionalism expected at all times. This role reports to the Director of Banquets and is overseen by the Director of Food & Beverage.
Job Responsibility:
Customer Service: Maintaining a welcoming and helpful environment for every guest
Organization: Setting up and breaking down event spaces while maintaining cleanliness throughout the event
Execution: Planning and executing the layout of the room(s), including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and other equipment according to event specifications
Communication/Teamwork: Collaborating with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of
Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
Capability to maintain a high level of physical mobility
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience in the food and beverage or catering industries is a plus
