The Banquet House Attendant plays a vital role in creating exceptional event experiences at Four Seasons. This position supports meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events by ensuring banquet spaces are set, maintained, and restored to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
Job Responsibility:
Set up and break down banquet rooms based on event specifications and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
Arrange tables, chairs, linens, staging, and event equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of function spaces before, during, and after events
Support banquet and service teams to ensure smooth event execution
Safely handle, move, and store banquet equipment and supplies
Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
Requirements:
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to lift, push, and move banquet equipment
Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude
Previous hotel or banquet experience preferred, but not required
