Join Four Seasons Hotel Nashville as a Banquet Houseperson, where you will play a key role in creating exceptional event experiences. This position ensures banquet spaces are set up, maintained, and cleared according to event requirements while delivering outstanding service to guests.
Job Responsibility:
Set up, break down, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by banquet event orders
Stock and maintain linen, china, silverware, glassware, and other supplies in good condition for service
Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function spaces according to hotel standards
Retrieve and store meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes safely from the receiving area
Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
Assist in serving food to guests when required
Make recommendations regarding banquet setups and improvements
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of food service or related experience
Ability to follow detailed instructions for room setups
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Authorization to work in the United States
