The Banquet House Attendant supports event operations by setting up and breaking down banquet spaces, including tables, linens, furniture, and equipment. This role maintains organization of event areas and provides attentive service by responding to guest needs to ensure smooth and successful functions.
Job Responsibility
Set up, break down, and maintain banquet and event spaces according to BEO specifications, including tables, linens, furniture, buffets, and specialty setups
Stock, organize, and maintain linens, equipment, and service supplies, ensuring cleanliness, proper storage, and adequate inventory levels
Coordinate daily assignments and participate in BEO meetings to ensure clear execution of event requirements while maintaining event space standards
Transport, set up, and store equipment and materials safely, including operating vehicles and maintaining tools, carts, and equipment
Manage linen operations, including inventory tracking, timely delivery of soiled items, and maintaining par levels for upcoming events
Requirements
Possess legal work authorization in United States
Availability for holidays and weekends
Hawaii Driver's Abstract is required
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 75lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
