Job Description:

Banquet Executive position at Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, responsible for banquet operations, guest satisfaction, and team coordination in food and beverage service.

Job Responsibility:

Communicate service needs to chefs and stewards throughout functions
Total charges for group functions and prepare checks for payment
Ensure banquet rooms, restaurants, and coffee breaks are ready for service
Ensure proper centerpieces are displayed on every table
Inspect cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
Set tables according to type of event and service standards
Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs to kitchen
Maintain cleanliness of work areas

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
