Job Description:

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Banquet Cook to join our dynamic Banquets culinary team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner, and break food items for banquet functions in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment
  • Being flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

  • One to two years’ experience working in culinary preferred
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Work authorization in the United States
