Job Responsibility

  • Prepare condiments to be served for banquet functions
  • Delegate tasks to banquet staff in a professional manner
  • Attend all required staff meetings
  • Maintains a safe working environment for yourself and co-workers
  • Prepare event area or room according to Banquet Event Order for each function or event, prior to the guest’s arrival

Requirements

  • HS Diploma
  • Food and Beverage and/or Banquet Operations experience preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy objects in excess of 50lbs
  • Valid SC driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Confident and safe driving skills for a full size passenger van
  • Excellent customer service skills, communication, leadership, problem solving skills and a strong eye for detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team and associate well with others
  • Ability to work as a banquet server or food runner as needed
