We are looking for a Banquet Lead- Specializing in Guest Experience and familiar with Audio Visual. What You'll Do as Our Banquet Captain: As our Banquet Lead, you'll take the reins in ensuring flawless event execution and exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include: Leadership & Coordination, Guest Service Excellence, Event Execution & Support, Operational Excellence, Other Responsibilities. Job Responsibility

  • Leadership & Coordination: Supervising the Banquet team with enthusiasm, precision, and clear direction. Partnering with the Banquet Manager to ensure every detail, from audio-visual setups to food and beverage service, exceeds guest expectations. Leading by example to foster a culture of exceptional guest service, quality, teamwork, and timeliness
  • Guest Service Excellence: Providing outstanding service to all guests, making their event experience unforgettable. Greeting guests warmly and ensuring their needs are met throughout the event. Communicating effectively with guests about menu options and special requests. Anticipating guest needs and monitoring their satisfaction during dining and event experiences
  • Event Execution & Support: Overseeing setup, execution, and cleanup of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Assisting with food and beverage delivery from staging areas to guests as needed. Helping other team members during peak periods to meet guest requests promptly. Training team members on serving plated and reception-style meals (training provided)
  • Operational Excellence: Performing side work to prepare for upcoming events. Ensuring all service areas are kept clean and safe at all times. Maintaining a professional and personable appearance to represent the venue. Responding promptly and courteously to guest and team member requests
  • Other Responsibilities: Taking on additional duties as assigned to support the success of events and the team
