Banquet Bartender

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards
• Greet guests warmly and ensure all service needs are met throughout the event
• Communicate effectively with guests, answering menu and beverage-related questions
• Take beverage orders and prepare cocktails accurately and efficiently
• Understand Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure all liquor, beer, and wine inventory is accurately counted at the end of each event
• Anticipate guest needs and monitor overall satisfaction with service
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
• Assist with event setup, bar execution, breakdown, and cleaning
• Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events

• Previous bartending service experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of common cocktails, beverage service standards, and responsible alcohol service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as needed
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Previous bartending service experience preferred
