Job Responsibility

Stocks bar daily and maintains organization/cleanliness. Prepares garnishes, fruit mixes, and pre-mixed drinks prior to opening bar

Works in fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
Attends all staff meetings, including pre-shift sessions, and training as required
Continually practices beverage and revenue control procedures
Completes other appropriate work assignments as requested by supervisor
Works closely with multiple teams and teammates to fulfill and exceed member expectations
Provides excellent food and beverage service to members and guests, always ensuring satisfaction
Maintains and displays complete and comprehensive knowledge of menus, including daily features and specials
