• Complete final breakdown of function by cleaning room and returning equipment
• Complete closing duties including storing goods and locking doors
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station
• Transport dirty linen to cleaning area and restock clean linens
• Maintain cleanliness throughout day using clean-as-you-go procedures
• Assist other departments to ensure optimum guest service
• Follow all company and safety policies
• Report accidents and unsafe conditions
• Complete safety training

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No related work experience
• No supervisory experience
• No license or certification required
• Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or entire shift
• Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing ≤50 lbs without assistance and >75 lbs with assistance
• Must be able to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills
• Must be able to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs
• Must be able to reach overhead and below knees, bend, twist, pull, stoop
• Must be able to read and visually verify information in various formats

Previous dishwasher/utility, server, or banquet experience preferred
