Job Description:

A well-established, boutique firm is seeking a Bankruptcy Paralegal for their Portland office. Join a collaborative team focused on excellence for their clients and employees.

Job Responsibility:

Pre-Confirmation case management
Preparing objections, managing case details, and preparing correspondence
Attending hearings and assisting the Trustee/hearing officer
Serving as a point of contact for clients, attorneys, and creditors

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a bankruptcy paralegal or legal assistant
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, PACER, and ECF
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Strong communication skills
