Job Description:

We have been retained by a well-established, high-end, insurance defense coverage-focused boutique that seeks to hire for its New York office (three days or more per week in person expected) an experienced and well-credentialed associate (about two to seven years) with bankruptcy litigation or commercial litigation experience.

Job Responsibility:

Focus on bankruptcy litigation matters on behalf of insurers (involving, for example, entities in the talc, asbestos, and Church Diocese spaces)

Requirements:

3 - 5 years experience
Bankruptcy litigation or commercial litigation experience
Well-credentialed associate
