Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze complex legal and factual issues, conduct comprehensive legal research, and develop effective defense strategies
  • Prepare pleadings, discovery documents, motions, briefs, and other legal filings
  • Conduct depositions, including expert and fact witness examinations
  • Provide clear and timely legal counsel to clients and claims professionals
  • Represent clients in trials, hearings, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings
  • Communicate effectively with courts, witnesses, opposing counsel, and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active Delaware bar admission (admissions in other states will be considered)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Bankruptcy or experience in Delaware courts
  • Litigation experience, including depositions, discovery, motions practice, and oral argument
  • Strong legal research and writing abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and client service
