Bankruptcy Associate Attorney

• Represent clients in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, adversary proceedings, and related litigation
• Draft and analyze court documents, including pleadings, motions, and other legal filings
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and negotiations to advocate effectively for clients
• Conduct thorough legal research to develop strategic solutions for client matters
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients on restructuring, insolvency, and distressed asset transactions
• Maintain accurate case files and manage ongoing client communications
• Provide clear, strategic counsel to clients facing bankruptcy and restructuring challenges
• Ensure compliance with Delaware Bankruptcy Court procedures and practices

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in Delaware or eligibility for admission
• 4+ years of experience in bankruptcy law, with a focus on Chapter 11 cases and adversary proceedings
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills
• Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Familiarity with Delaware Bankruptcy Court procedures is preferred
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality legal services
