Job Responsibility:
Support and Coordinate the Incident Management Process within Banking Operations Division, including: Collect incidents from internal stakeholders
Lead the analysis and the definition of preventive measures
Analyze, investigate root cause and identify remedial actions
Manage communication with internal stakeholders
Manage the communication with client
Supervise the implementation of the identified remediation actions
Manage the internal and client reporting including: Collect and verify data with the business areas
Produce weekly/monthly reporting
Produce internal KPI reports
Support the Banking Operations Risk Management Team in all its activities – BAUs including ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
At least 5 years of professional experience in the banking/financial industry, with proven expertise in Back Office processes
Comprehensive knowledge of risk and incident management principles
Flexibility and sense of responsibility
Excellent communication, solid analytical and problem-solving skills
High result- and client-orientation
Fluent English
