A bit about the role: Support and Coordinate the Incident Management Process within Banking Operations Division. Manage the internal and client reporting. Support the Banking Operations Risk Management Team in all its activities – BAUs including ad-hoc projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support and Coordinate the Incident Management Process within Banking Operations Division, including: Collect incidents from internal stakeholders
  • Lead the analysis and the definition of preventive measures
  • Analyze, investigate root cause and identify remedial actions
  • Manage communication with internal stakeholders
  • Manage the communication with client
  • Supervise the implementation of the identified remediation actions
  • Manage the internal and client reporting including: Collect and verify data with the business areas
  • Produce weekly/monthly reporting
  • Produce internal KPI reports
  • Support the Banking Operations Risk Management Team in all its activities – BAUs including ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the banking/financial industry, with proven expertise in Back Office processes
  • Comprehensive knowledge of risk and incident management principles
  • Flexibility and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication, solid analytical and problem-solving skills
