Banking Solicitor

A reputable national law firm is seeking a Banking Solicitor (2–5 years’ PQE) to join its established banking law team in Birmingham. This role offers the chance to work on a wide range of matters for both lenders and borrowers. You will work on high-quality matters, including those that cross international boundaries. The team advises an impressive mix of banks, alternative lenders, funds and corporate clients. Work includes acquisition and development financing, bilateral and syndicated lending, secured lending arrangements and broader corporate finance matters. The team is highly ranked in both Chambers and Legal 500.
