Job Description:

Banking Operations Officer position in Group Chief Operating Office providing operational and technical support to global businesses, helping improve customer service and efficiency

Job Responsibility:

Undertake/provide trust accounting activities for WPB customers
Control/manage and ensure transactions quality assurance
Perform productive and value added services
Process daily operation in corporate security section
Ensure security documents from Wholesales customers are perfect and kept in good order
Maintain HSBC internal and external standards
Implement internal & external audit points
Address issues raised by external regulators & Group Compliance Policy
Manage Operational Risk

Requirements:

Bachelor degree
Above 1 year working experience
Professional License includes Proficiency Test for Internal Control and Basic Test on Financial Market & Professional Ethics
Working experiences in Consumer or Wholesales Banking Operation
Independent, proactive and positive flexible working attitude
Good interpersonal skills with mature, pleasant personality
MS office skill
Good command of English in reading, writing, and speaking
