Job Description:

Top-tier Banking Lawyer role advising on major real estate finance transactions. Join a market-leading team, work with global clients, and accelerate your career. This is an excellent opportunity for a 2–4 PQE lawyer to step into a high-performing team and gain exposure to complex, high-value real estate finance transactions, alongside a broader range of financing work. You will work alongside highly regarded partners advising institutional lenders, global investors, and major sponsors across a range of asset classes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support on real estate finance transactions acting for lenders and borrowers
  • Draft and review finance documents including facility agreements and security packages
  • Assist with transaction management and deal execution
  • Work closely with real estate, tax, and corporate teams
  • Develop strong client relationships and commercial awareness

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales), 2–4 PQE
  • Experience in real estate finance or broader banking & finance
  • Trained at or currently working within a recognised law firm
  • Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
  • Commercial mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
