Job Responsibility

  • Advise lenders and borrowers on real estate investment and development finance transactions
  • Draft and negotiate facility agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and related finance documentation
  • Identify and mitigate legal, structural, and commercial risks within secured lending frameworks
  • Work collaboratively with real estate, tax, corporate, and restructuring teams to ensure seamless deal execution
  • Engage with clients directly and contribute to strategic planning on major transactions

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years’ PQE
  • Experience in real estate finance or broader banking & finance, ideally gained at a recognised UK or international law firm
  • Strong technical skills with excellent drafting capabilities
  • Commercially minded, pragmatic, and able to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to work effectively within a high-performing transactional team
