Job Description:

Work as a banking & finance lawyer within a leading multinational law firm in London. Advise on transactions including general corporate lending, leveraged, acquisition and real estate finance. Collaborate with international and domestic clients, and participate in both domestic and international transactions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Advise on general corporate lending, leveraged, acquisition and real estate finance
  • Work on lender and borrower mandates for international banks, investment funds, alternative lenders and corporate borrowers
  • Participate in domestic and international transactions

Requirements:

  • Experience working for a city, national or international law firm
  • Strong drafting skills
