Job Description:

Join a leading multinational law firm's busy banking & finance team. Work on a variety of domestic and international transactions, advising on corporate lending and real estate finance projects for reputable clients including banks and investment funds.

Job Responsibility:

Advise on general corporate lending, leveraged, acquisition and real estate finance transactions
work on lender and borrower mandates for international banks, investment funds, alternative lenders, and corporate borrowers
manage both domestic and international transactions.

Requirements:

4-8 years PQE
experience working for a city, national or international law firm
strong drafting skills
passion for business development
ability to manage client relationships.
