The Banking Client Partner role at NTT DATA involves serving as a strategic advisor to banking clients, leading business transformation through IT and digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT services and client leadership, with a strong background in banking and financial services. Responsibilities include managing multi-million-dollar portfolios, driving account growth strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and enterprise partner to banking clients, driving business outcomes through IT and digital solutions
  • Lead account growth strategies, achieving revenue and profit objectives through consultative selling and client engagement
  • Manage multi-million-dollar portfolios with responsibility for forecasting, account planning, and financial performance (P&L)
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships across client organizations to understand evolving business needs
  • Lead cross-functional teams comprising business consultants, solution architects, and delivery experts to deliver value-based solutions
  • Leverage deep knowledge of the banking sector to lead transformative conversations around modernization, innovation, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop tailored proposals and solutions aligned with client strategies
  • Apply industry best practices and delivery methodologies, including performance scorecards, SLAs, and metrics tracking

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in IT Services/Consulting, including infrastructure, cloud, applications, and security
  • At least 7 years of account leadership experience overseeing complex client engagements and financials
  • Minimum 10 years of domain experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry
  • Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills with a proven ability to engage C-level decision makers
  • Knowledge of digital transformation, data modernization, and technology integration strategies
  • Willingness to travel up to 40–50%

MBA or prior consulting practice experience is a plus
