Job Responsibility:
Serve as a strategic advisor and enterprise partner to banking clients, driving business outcomes through IT and digital solutions
Lead account growth strategies, achieving revenue and profit objectives through consultative selling and client engagement
Manage multi-million-dollar portfolios with responsibility for forecasting, account planning, and financial performance (P&L)
Build and maintain strong executive relationships across client organizations to understand evolving business needs
Lead cross-functional teams comprising business consultants, solution architects, and delivery experts to deliver value-based solutions
Leverage deep knowledge of the banking sector to lead transformative conversations around modernization, innovation, and operational efficiency
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop tailored proposals and solutions aligned with client strategies
Apply industry best practices and delivery methodologies, including performance scorecards, SLAs, and metrics tracking
Requirements:
Minimum 15+ years of experience in IT Services/Consulting, including infrastructure, cloud, applications, and security
At least 7 years of account leadership experience overseeing complex client engagements and financials
Minimum 10 years of domain experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry
Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills with a proven ability to engage C-level decision makers
Knowledge of digital transformation, data modernization, and technology integration strategies
Willingness to travel up to 40–50%
