Job Description:

A top-tier international law firm is expanding its Banking & Finance practice in Birmingham and is looking for a mid-level associate to join its high-performing regional team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on premium banking matters, advising major funders and borrowers on everything from asset-based lending to large-scale corporate finance.

Job Responsibility:

support a wide range of clients — from UK clearing banks to investment funds and listed companies — on bilateral and syndicated finance deals

Requirements:

2–4 years' PQE in banking & finance from a well-regarded commercial firm
excellent technical skills and sound commercial judgement
a team-first mindset and eagerness to get involved in a growing practice

Nice to have:

asset-based lending or receivables finance experience
