We are looking for a dedicated Bank Teller to join our team on a contract basis in Hacienda Heights, California. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and support banking operations efficiently. Job Responsibility:
Assist customers with banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
Answer inbound calls to address customer questions and resolve issues promptly
Manage email correspondence and provide accurate information to clients
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of transactions
Schedule appointments and coordinate with clients as needed
Handle inbound and outbound calls to support various banking services
Process and verify order entries while ensuring compliance with policies
Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare reports and maintain documentation
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns with professionalism
Support the team with administrative tasks and operational duties
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role
Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls effectively
Familiarity with data entry processes and maintaining accurate records
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Ability to schedule appointments and manage time efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with email correspondence and transaction processing
Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
