The Bank Teller provides frontline customer service by assisting clients with a variety of banking transactions and inquiries. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Process routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and payments
Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve basic issues
Verify identification and ensure all transactions meet the bank’s policies and compliance requirements
Balance cash drawer daily and report discrepancies to management
Promote bank products and services to customers as appropriate
Maintain confidentiality of client and bank information
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred
