resolve routine customer account issues, escalating complex concerns to the appropriate department
verify signatures, proper identification, and check validity to ensure transaction compliance and fraud prevention
maintain compliance with all federal, state, and bank-specific regulations and guidelines
assist with opening and closing branch operations, including balancing vault cash as needed
