Process day-to-day account activity, including deposits, withdrawals, payment transactions, check cashing, and fund transfers, with a high level of accuracy
Reconcile and balance the assigned cash drawer at the close of business while maintaining complete and accurate transaction documentation
Listen to member inquiries, assess financial needs, and recommend suitable credit union services such as deposit products, electronic banking tools, and payment options
Protect sensitive member and account information by following established security and confidentiality standards
Address routine service concerns efficiently and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team members when needed
Follow current credit union procedures, regulatory expectations, and service guidelines to ensure compliant daily operations
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing financial services, lending support, teller operations, or a similar role
Working knowledge of loan administration processes and routine transaction handling
Experience managing cash deposits, payments, and drawer balancing with strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain accurate records and perform cash applications and related account transactions
Strong customer service and communication skills with a detail-oriented and approachable demeanor
Understanding of confidentiality practices and compliance standards in a financial environment
