This role is ideal for a hands-on banking professional who enjoys leading from the front, ensuring operational accuracy, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced branch environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Supervise and support daily teller operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and training to teller staff to maintain high performance and service standards
  • Approve transactions within assigned limits and resolve escalated customer concerns
  • Monitor cash handling procedures, balancing, and vault operations to ensure accuracy and minimize risk
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, audits, and reporting requirements
  • Maintain strong knowledge of products and services to support cross-selling and relationship building

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of banking experience required (teller or supervisory experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of teller operations, cash management, and compliance standards
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
