Job Responsibility:
Supervise and support daily teller operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
Provide leadership, coaching, and training to teller staff to maintain high performance and service standards
Approve transactions within assigned limits and resolve escalated customer concerns
Monitor cash handling procedures, balancing, and vault operations to ensure accuracy and minimize risk
Assist with opening and closing procedures, audits, and reporting requirements
Maintain strong knowledge of products and services to support cross-selling and relationship building
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of banking experience required (teller or supervisory experience preferred)
Strong understanding of teller operations, cash management, and compliance standards
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
Excellent customer service and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
