Job Description:

Are you passionate about supporting others to live their best life possible? Would you like to work in a role where you truly make a difference, every single day! With full and intensive training, and shifts available regularly, we would love you to be flexible, and available to cover annual leave and short term absence working various day shifts between 7am and 10pm. The service has recently opened in summer 2025, supporting young adults to transition to their very own assisted living home. We are still working towards being fully occupied, and need more Bank care professionals to join the team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting others to live their best life possible
  • supporting young adults to transition to their very own assisted living home
  • working various day shifts between 7am and 10pm
  • covering annual leave and short term absence

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in mental health, autism and sensory communication, and physical health is important
  • experience in using PBS methods is beneficial but not required

  • Experience in using PBS methods
