Make a difference by supporting people to live their life, their way. Our outreach support in the Wakefield area works with over 15 people living in their own homes. We need people like you to ensure they can live as independently as possible. You will be supporting people with life skills, cooking, maintaining their home. Supporting with food attending appointments and trying new experiences and encourage independence. For this role we need you to be a driver with access to your own vehicle, so you can get around Wakefield, Pontefract and Featherstone make the most of the time you are spending with the people you support. All shifts are between 7:30am and 9.00pm.

Requirements:
