Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Take time to understand what a great day means to the person you support
Adjust your approach to meet people’s needs and build on both their strengths and your own
Help build a supportive environment that encourages everyone to thrive and gives them the freedom to live their life their way
Support people to live great lives
Promote independence and build social connections
Support over 15 people living in their own homes
Work shifts ranging from 3 to 15 hours between 07:30am – 22:00, including weekdays and alternate weekends

Requirements:

Driver preferred
Flexible, open-minded, and resilient
Enjoy new activities
Passionate about helping others engage with their community
Adaptable
Share interests in swimming and animals (great fit)
Must embody core values: Working together, Giving our best, Having courage
Must complete an enhanced DBS check
