Job Responsibility:
Supporting a 65 year old lady with dysphagia and turner syndrome
Supporting a 52 year old lady with epilepsy
Supporting a 64 year old lady who is a falls risk, with epilepsy, osteopenia and diabetes mellitus type 2
Spend your whole shift with the person you support, making the biggest impact on their lives
