Bank Support Worker

• Support various care services to fill gaps in rota
• Support vulnerable adults and young people with a person-centred approach in various care settings
• Read support/care plans before arriving
• Support regular team to achieve and empower people living in the service
• Support with personal care
• Accompany on day trips one-to-one or in groups
• Arrange and partake in activities
• Promote and support independence
• Ensure privacy and dignity is preserved
• Complete all required reports in a timely manner

• Friendly, hard-working people with a fun spirit and a good sense of humour and integrity
• Caring person, passionate about empowering others and ready to learn new skills
• Experience in care is beneficial but not required
• Subject to Disclosure and Barring checks and satisfactory employment references
