Job Responsibility

Support various care services to fill gaps in rota
Support vulnerable adults and young people with a person-centred approach in various care settings
Read support/care plans before arriving
Support regular team to achieve and empower people living in the service
Support with personal care
Accompany on day trips one-to-one or in groups
Arrange and partake in activities
Promote and support independence
Ensure privacy and dignity is preserved
Complete all required reports in a timely manner

Requirements

Friendly, hard-working people with a fun spirit and a good sense of humour and integrity
Caring person, passionate about empowering others and ready to learn new skills
Experience in care is beneficial but not required
Subject to Disclosure and Barring checks and satisfactory employment references
