In our Fraserburgh service, you will support vulnerable adults to live in their own homes, providing whatever support they need to help them live really great lives. The key to this role is providing the right support to help these individuals to live as independently as possible. The people we support are all unique and have their own interests, so you can expect to support them to go bowling, visit their families, go to concerts, take a trip to the pub or out to a cafe for coffee and cake. As well as this, you may provide support with medication administration, attending appointments, helping them manage their home and finances, or support them with personal care. The people we support are engaging, fun people who enjoy spending time with people and they would love staff who communicate well, are fun and are interested in their lives and hobbies.
