Job Responsibility

Support various care services to fill gaps in rota
Support vulnerable adults and young people with a person-centred approach in various care settings
Read support/care plans before arriving
Support regular team to achieve and empower people living in the service
Support with personal care
Accompany on day trips one-to-one or in groups
Arrange and partake in activities
Promote and support independence
Ensure privacy and dignity is preserved
Complete all required reports in a timely manner
