As a Support Worker at Affinity Trust, you will make a difference every day, supporting people to live their best lives, giving them confidence and choice. Your support means people can live more independently; in the way they choose. Ultimately, your support gives people the freedom to be themselves. You will be supporting people in their homes within Lochgilphead. They enjoy listening to a variety of music, and engaging in activities such as going out shopping and watching films. We provide complete training to enable you to provide the best support you can to people living with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs. However, we know that what is essential is your kindness, energy, and willingness to make someone's day brighter.
