Job Responsibility:

  • Support individuals in their own homes and within shared housing
  • Encourage independence
  • Foster meaningful and supportive connections
  • Take initiative
  • Guide individuals to navigate daily challenges
  • Support with activities such as shopping, cooking, household tasks, day trips, attending football matches, walking, cycling, joining mental health service-run groups, travelling by bus and train, enjoying music, taking part in local events, and meeting family for meals

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Access to a car/vehicle
